Thanks to the process reengineering of appointment registration, outpatient doctor′s advice, payment and mobile Internet application system, multiple payment queues in outpatient service have been replaced by automatic book keeping of the information system. This reform, based on short message reminders and the credit mechanism, has effectively reduced queuing time in convenience of the outpatients.

Objective Under the trend of "lnternet + Medical service",key indicators of medical service quality are developed for innovation of monitoring medical service quality.Methods Converting the perception experience of each service item in the process of seeking medical treatment into quantitative measurement,and creating SERVQUAL service quality evaluation system.Results Based on the "patient experience",framework of medical service quality is constructed.The first level indicators include tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance and care,economy,and effectiveness,etc.,while there are 25 secondary indicators.Conclusion Platforms can be constructed using mobile internet intelligent terminals based on patients' experiences.Medical service quality can be evaluated objectively in a timely manner through them.

Under the background of the third industrial revolution with informationization as the main feature, how to realize the upgrade of traditional industries including the Chinese materia medica (CMM) industry has become a hot issue in both theory and practice. Based on the theory of industrial economics, we analyzed the barriers to the upgrade of CMM industry from the three aspects of the CMM industry chain, value chain, and upgrading dynamics, and believed that information asymmetry caused by difficulty of CMM product quality control and quality evaluation is a key constraint factor. On this basis, we also analyzed the coupling foundation of “Internet Plus” and the CMM industry, and then put forward the use of Internet information technologies such as mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, and Internet of Things as the carrier to combine the uniqueness of CMM industry with the universality of Internet information technology, promoting the upgrade of CMM industry through the integration of “internet + CMM”.

Objective To assess the current status of HIV test during the past year and related factors in men who have sex with men (MSM) in college students in China.Methods Based on a MSM website,a cross-sectional study was conducted in 500 MSM in college students aged 18-25 years,who were selected based on the estimated HIV detection rate of 50％ in this population,by means of mobile phone questionnaire survey.x2 test and non-conditional multivariate logistic regression analysis were conducted to identify the factors related with HIV test,respectively.Results The mean age of MSM in college students was 20.99 (± 0.04) years and the HIV test rate during the past year was 47.1％ (652/1 384).Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that active factors associated with HIV test included awareness of HIV test (OR=6.37,95％CI:3.592-11.300),willing to receive regular HIV testing (OR=2.64,95％CI:1.191-2.631) well-knowing or not knowing of the HIV infection statues of their regular sex partners (OR=3.58,95％ CI:2.138-5.996),(OR=2.25,95％ CI:1.479-3.422),respectively.The negative factors associated with HIV test included believing their regular sex partners not being infected with HIV (OR=0.65,95％CI:0.445-0.938),having only one regular sex partner during the past year (OR=0.37,95％CI:0.232-0.589).Conclusion The survey indicated that the HIV test rate in MSM in college students during the past year was low.The MSM in college students are usually sexual active,but less of them received HIV test due to the trust between them and less number of sexual partners.Close attention should be paid to the AIDS intervention in this population.

Objective To explore a new outpatient mode for pregnancy nutrition to adapt to digital hospital.Methods The outpatient management mode and methods were analyzed for pregnancy nutrition.A new outpatient mode combining the technologies of mobile internet and remote monitoring was developed with consideration on standardization,and the effect of the new mode was discussed on pregnancy nutrition outpatient.Results Mobile internet technology and remote monitoring technology contributed to enhancing the efficiency of pregnancy nutrition outpatient,and facilitated the nutrition service of common pregnant women as well as the precision and individualized nutrition management of high-risk ones such as those with gestational diabetes mellitus.Conclusion The new outpatient mode enhances the doctor's efficiency and pregnancy care,and thus is worthy promoting practically.

Objective To explore the application effect of innovation teaching mode based on mobile internet pregnant women school, provide theoretical basis for the change of teaching mode of pregnant women school according to the existing defects of traditional teaching mode of pregnant women school in our country. Methods We comparative analysisthe teaching effects of traditional and innovative teaching mode through extraction obstetric outpatient and inpatient department inour hospital pregnant women including 40 lectures, August 2016 to May 2017. Results It is found that teaching effects of the innovative teaching model are better than those of traditional teaching mode in the aspects of attendance, geographical distribution, and the gender structure of the participants. Conclusions The use of innovation teaching mode based on mobile internet of pregnant women school madethe classes study more convenient, could meet the individual learning needs, andprovide the study choice of maternal families together. Therefore,the innovation teaching mode based on mobile internet will provide a new ideas and innovative ways of the teachingof pregnant women school.

Objective To explore the effect of mobile internet management in continuing nursing care of premature infants. Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to divide the premature infants from January to December in the year 2015 into 2 groups according to the time order, the control group (n = 56), and the observation group (n = 57). The control group received continuing nursing care for the whole course from admission to discharge. Based on the nursing care of the control group, the observation group were given an extra continuing nursing care by using the mobile internet. Both group's continuing nursing care were lasted from the birth till 12 month.Comparisons of two groups were made from the following aspects: of preterm infants born at 12 months in the length, weight, head circumference of the preterm infants at 12 months old and 40 weeks corrected gestational age Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment,breastfeeding confidence;parents care knowledge scores at the time of admission, discharge and 1month after discharge; referral rate; parents satisfaction at the time of discharge and the end of extended care). Results In the observation group,the length,weight and head circumference of the preterm infants at birth were(74.10 ± 2.66)cm,(8.70 ± 1.43)kg,(45.40 ± 1.38)cm, Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment at 40 weeks of gestation,self-confidence in breastfeeding,1 post-discharge and 1 post-discharge parents care knowledge score of the month, parents of preterm children satisfaction scores, respectively(37.30 ± 3.22),(120.31 ± 13.65),(82.28 ± 3.99, 96.70 ± 2.28), (93.55±2.91,96.61±2.37),the control group were(73.20±2.80)cm,(8.44±1.02)kg,(44.2±1.40)cm, (36.00±2.87),(114.54±12.21),(80.66±3.51, 95.02±3.87),(92.57±2.41, 95.72±2.02). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-5.244~-2.014,all P<0.05). Conclusions The mobile internet application of continuing nursing care in premature infants can improve the growth and development of premature infants and maternal breastfeeding confidence,promote parents care knowledge, referral rate and satisfaction,thus guarantee the he living quality of the preterm infants.

Objective:To establish efficient health management information platform to achieve dynamic check-up, clinic, hospital health archives management. It can effectively control the chronic disease.Methods: Using wireless mobile network combined with medical data platform, sent orders to the patient who wear or took portable home monitoring equipment for transmitting and receiving instructions, and analyze the data for doctors to provide treatment options. Results: The patients satisfaction is greatly increased from 89% to 95%, medical visit rate also increased obviously.Conclusion: The platform can realize fine management of patient's medical data, achieve the optimal allocation of service resources, and greatly improve the hospital medical service level.

Objective Traditional outpatient process has been blamed for its complexity and inconvenience .The ariticle was to evaluate the effects of incorporating mobile internet into our hospital's queuing system . Methods The outpatient queuing data of Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region were collected .Four indexes are proposed to evaluate the quality of medical serv-ice in the hospital , including the average outpatient wait time , the average outpatient interview time , the ratio of interview time to wait time, and the number of outpatient stayers . Results These indexes predicted that approximately 38.08%of outpatients would ben-efit from the application of mobile internet to queuing service , the average outpatient wait time would reduce by 42.31% and that 25.60%of the outpatient stayers would decrease . Conclusion The system can shorten the wait time , decrease the number of stayers, improve the outpatient process and raise the utilization rate of medical resources .

As publicações se concentram entre os anos 2000-2012 e circulam por diversas áreas do conhecimento, sendo principalmente produzidas na área de Comunicação. Lúcia Santaella (2008) e André Lemos (2010) aparecem como os principais debatedores. A alteração no uso do espaço público é a principal característica debatida por tais autores, abarcando temas como mobilidade urbana, espaços intersticiais e mídias locativas. Bruno Latour (2012) apresenta-se referenciado na maioria destes artigos, especificamente por sua teoria ator-rede. Os autores destacam a necessidade de análise e observação dos efeitos territorializantes e desterritorializantes advindos do acoplamento com a internet móvel.
This article is a part of my dissertation, in which I propose to think about how, in contemporary times, the subject, when provided with connected mobile internet devices produces its own world while its produced at the same time. We propose a literature search, focusing on domestic production around the topic of mobile internet. The publications are concentrated between the years 2000-2012 and circulate various areas of knowledge, mainly in the area of Communication. Lucia Santaella (2008) and André Lemos (2010) appear as main debaters. The change in use of public space is the main characteristic discussed by these authors, covering topics such as urban mobility, interstitial spaces and locative media. Bruno Latour (2012) is presented in most of the articles referenced, specifically its actor-network theory. The authors highlight the need for analysis and observation of effects and territorializing deterritorializing arising from the coupling with the mobile internet.
El presente texto es parte de mi trabajo de maestria que se propone piensar como, en la contemporaneidad, el sujeto equipado de aparatos conectados a la internet movil produce su propio mundo mientras es producido. Proponemos una búsqueda bibliográfica, con atencion a la producción nacional a respeto del tema internet móvil. Los trabajos están echos desde el año 2000-2012, y son de diferentes fuentes de conocimiento, principalmente de la Comunicación. Lúcia Santaella (2008) y André Lemos (2010) son los principales actores del debate. La modificación en el uso del espacio publico es la principal caracteristica en debate, abrazando temas como mobilidad urbana, espacios intersticiais y midias locativas. Bruno Latour (2012) está presente como referéncia en grande parte de este texto, en especial por su teoria actor-red. Los actores subrayan la necesidad de analisis y observación de los efectos territorializantes y desterriteriorializantes que vienen del acoplamento con la internet móvil.
